About these terms

These terms apply to Aigoco VPN, a desktop VPN client made by AIGOCO Tech Platforms FZE LLC, licence no. 4432170.01, Business Center, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The AIGOCO terms of service also apply where relevant.

Using the client

AIGOCO grants you a non-exclusive license to install and use the publicly released app for personal or business use, subject to these terms. This permission does not transfer ownership of the app or AIGOCO’s trademarks. Rights granted under third-party open-source licenses remain unaffected.

Your server and credentials

Aigoco VPN does not include a VPN server, subscription or internet access. You must supply a compatible profile and have permission to access the server and network. Keep credentials secure and comply with applicable law and your provider’s terms.

Connection scope and availability

The routes supplied by your VPN configuration determine what traffic uses the tunnel. A connected status indicates an established VPN tunnel; it does not guarantee access to every service, anonymity, uninterrupted connectivity or protection for all internet traffic. The current version has no kill switch.

Updates and support

Downloads and release notes are published on this site. Platform availability and supported profile types may change between versions. Keep a copy of your original profile and obtain updated configuration from your administrator when needed.

Open-source software

The app includes OpenVPN and other open-source components under their respective licenses. Notices are available in the app’s Privacy & licenses screen and on the release notes page. OpenVPN is a trademark of OpenVPN Inc. Aigoco VPN is an independent client and is not endorsed by OpenVPN Inc.

Warranty and legal rights

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every server or profile will work or that the app will be error-free. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
